You have 14 days to cancel an order and get a full refund, provided the work has not started. The detail, the exceptions and the process are below.

1. The rule

Any order placed with Flowaivo LLC may be cancelled within 14 calendar days of the order date, with a full refund of anything paid, as long as work has not started.

No reason is required. An email is enough.

2. When is work treated as started?

Work is treated as started at the first of these:

• the scoping call takes place;
• a first deliverable is handed over, even partial (sitemap, design, prototype, test workflow);
• a licence, theme, image or third-party service is purchased at your request;
• a development or staging environment is created for your project.

Until one of those has happened, the refund is full — regardless of how much of the 14 days has passed.

3. After work starts

Once work has started, the deposit is no longer refundable: it covers time already spent and the production slot held for you.

You can still stop the project at any point. If you do:

• you pay for the work actually completed, pro rata to measured progress;
• anything paid above that share is returned to you;
• deliverables produced up to that point are handed over once the corresponding balance is settled.

4. Product licences

Licences for our products, including FleetDesk, are refundable for 14 days from purchase, unless the licence has been activated on a production site. If you are unsure, write to us before activating — we can open an evaluation instead.

Licence renewals are refundable for 14 days from the charge, provided no update has been downloaded since the renewal.

5. What is not refundable

No refund is due for:

• work fully completed, delivered and accepted;
• audits, workshops and consulting sessions already held;
• costs incurred with third parties on your behalf (domain names, hosting, licences, stock imagery), which are passed through to you at cost;
• maintenance months already used.

6. If the work isn't right

This policy does not replace our warranty. If a deliverable does not match the accepted quote, we fix it at no charge for 30 days after launch. If the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, you are refunded for the affected portion — even beyond the 14 days.

7. How to request a refund

Write to contact@flowaivo.com with:

• the name on the order;
• the date and reference of the quote or invoice;
• one sentence on what you want to cancel.

We acknowledge within 2 working days and confirm the amount. Refunds are issued within 10 working days to the original payment method. Any bank charges applied by your own bank are yours.

8. Disputes

If we disagree about a refund, we look for a written settlement first. Failing agreement, the governing law and jurisdiction clauses of our terms of use apply. Mandatory consumer rights in the European Union are unaffected.
