flowaivo started from a plain observation: most small businesses don't have a software problem, they have a wiring problem. The tools exist and they're good, but nothing connects them — so someone retypes rows from one screen into another, every day.
We began building that wiring for clients, one at a time. When the same need turned up at three different car rental businesses, we turned it into a product: FleetDesk. That became the model — custom work funds the research, and the product makes the answer affordable for whoever comes next.
We stay small on purpose. Projects are run by the person writing the code, with no layer of account management in between.

Every library added is a debt. We only add one when it saves more than it costs.
The price quoted is the price paid. If the scope changes we say so before writing a line.
