These terms govern access to flowaivo.com and the supply of services and products by Flowaivo LLC. By using the site or ordering work, you accept them.
flowaivo.com is owned, operated and maintained by Flowaivo LLC, whose details appear above. The site is built and maintained by Flowaivo LLC.
Flowaivo LLC designs and builds websites, WordPress plugins and workflow automations. It also publishes licensed software products, including FleetDesk.
These terms cover three distinct situations:
You agree not to attempt to access non-public parts of the site, not to disrupt its operation, not to introduce malicious code, and not to scrape its content for commercial purposes.
The site is provided as is. Flowaivo LLC may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time, without notice.
All custom work is quoted in writing, setting out scope, price and timeline. The quote is fixed: the price stated is the price owed, unless a change of scope is agreed in writing by both parties.
Unless the quote says otherwise, a 40% deposit is due at the start and the balance on delivery. Work is treated as started on the date Flowaivo LLC first commits resources to the project, including at the scoping call.
You agree to supply what the project needs — content, access, approvals — in good time. Delays on your side move the schedule by the same amount.
On payment in full, you own the deliverables created specifically for you: theme, content, configuration and custom code. Flowaivo LLC keeps ownership of its pre-existing libraries, reusable components and know-how, and grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them as part of the deliverable.
Products published by Flowaivo LLC, including FleetDesk, remain its exclusive property. A purchase grants an annual licence to use the product on the number of sites covered by your tier, non-exclusive and non-transferable. Reselling, redistributing, sub-licensing and removing licence notices are prohibited.
The text, images, code and marks on flowaivo.com are protected. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
For 30 days from launch, Flowaivo LLC fixes at no charge any failure of a deliverable to match the accepted quote.
Not covered: changes requested after sign-off, faults caused by a third party's work or your own modifications, failures of external services, and problems caused by an unmaintained hosting environment.
Flowaivo LLC owes an obligation of means, not of result. It is not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue, lost data, lost customers or reputational harm.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, total liability for a project is capped at the amounts actually received for that project in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Flowaivo LLC is not responsible for the unavailability of third-party services you rely on (hosting, payment gateways, API providers, email services).

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our refund policy. In short: an order can be cancelled and refunded in full within 14 days, provided work has not started.
Either party may end work in progress on 15 days' written notice. Work completed up to the effective date remains payable, pro rata to progress.
Flowaivo LLC may suspend access to a product or service for non-payment, for use that breaches these terms, or for plainly unlawful use.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
This clause does not deprive a consumer resident in the European Union of the mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
Flowaivo LLC may amend these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when the quote was accepted. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
